This group is just to help motivate you toward your goal, whether that's gain muscle, lose/gain weight, eat better, etc. You're under no obligation to log your food every day, post in discussions, make your diary public, lose weight, post your pictures, follow me on twitter, whatever.
Just remember, you get out of this what you put into it. You're responsible for your own success.

No harassing, bullying, or putting anyone down
This speaks for itself. Be positive. Offer advice kindly and remember that not everyone is looking for a life coach.

Be safe.
No one is going to completely change in 30 days. Set reasonable goals and meet them safely. Your health is more important than anything else.
