Day 22 Weekly Challenge

Hey everybody!

How are you feeling? Is the scale going down?

This week, have two challenges.

1.) Make at least one healthy change in your diet. It could be anything...pack a healthy lunch instead of buying something from the food truck, look into recipe substitutions, look for some new recipes to try (I suggest Pinterest, but you could also just google "easy healthy recipe" or something like that), swap out a high calorie food for a lower one (I decided this week to start eating english muffins in the morning instead of bagels. They satiate my carb craving, but have 1/3 of the calories, and I don't feel inclined to smother them with cream cheese.), instead of that mocha frap choose a regular coffee, drink water instead of soda, you get the picture. Everyone has something in their diet that they can improve.

2.) Make an exercise goal for yourself. Include cardia and strength. Mine for the week is 360 minutes (6 hours) of cardio and 90 minutes (1.5 hours) of strength training.
