Runkeeper fitbit and HR

I use Runkeeper to log runs and FB for activity and sleep including HR. I have a charge 2 and a blaze. Usually wear the blaze when I run. How do I use the HR from Fitbit in Runkeeper? Really can't work out if it is even possible. Do I need to have Fitbit on "run" to get HR in Runkeeper??

    I'd check on Fitbit since that's where the workout data is coming from.

    It should mention what data is sent to another application, like name, start time, and duration only.
    Or include steps, calories, and HR data.

    Not all is synced - depends on what the other ends wants to received and pay Fitbit for.
