It is the one thing I enjoyed with WW - the meetings. We ran 5K's together and had coffee afterwards. Thinking a support group like this will fill some of that void.

I have just decided to start NS again, it's been a couple of years since I did it. I've got a 30 day plan coming from QVC this week sometime. While I'm waiting I have purchased a few NS items to mix into my days. I have 10-12 pounds to lose at 5 foot tall and I'm almost 66, I know it's going to be hard to stick to the plan. I'll send you a friend request... Wish us luck!2
