My main goal for the last week of July is to hit my July MYAC goal (I have 80km left). I don't really care how many calories I burn 'cause I know I'll reach my goal (1655 cals and 8 days left).0 -
At 10,870/20,000 to date. It will be tough, but I will try to burn like crazy this next week.0

I still haven't done my work out today... Trying to psych myself up, haha. I'm at 10218, so still need just under 3.8k If I do 500 each day, I should make it!0 -

I hit my MYAC goal (biking/walking 380km) yesterday and now I've done almost 60km extra I'm gonna rest tomorrow and on Monday I'll start strength training again (took a one week break from it).0 -
