    My main goal for the last week of July is to hit my July MYAC goal (I have 80km left). I don't really care how many calories I burn 'cause I know I'll reach my goal (1655 cals and 8 days left).

    @AlethaMary a few of your awesome runs and you should make it easy! :)

    I still haven't done my work out today... Trying to psych myself up, haha. I'm at 10218, so still need just under 3.8k If I do 500 each day, I should make it!

    July 22nd - 787 (Combat live 60 + Rockin' Body Rock it out)
    July 23rd - 516 (Combat lower body, RB's party express)
    July 24th - 531 (TJ TTT, Combat power kata)
    July 25th - 531 (Combat upper body, 30 & inner warrior)
    July 26th - 658 (CLX Push 3, Combat live)

    Brings my total for the month to 11938. Only 2k more for the next 5 days :smile:

    I hit my MYAC goal (biking/walking 380km) yesterday and now I've done almost 60km extra :) I'm gonna rest tomorrow and on Monday I'll start strength training again (took a one week break from it).
