Here's my contribution to this weeks recipe / food idea post. I made this with dinner last night:
Peeled and rough cut large chopped orange segments, red onion sliced thin, halved grape tomatos, 1/2 chunked avocado, all over some spring greens salad mix.
Dressing was:
evoo
squeezed fresh juice of orange, and a lime
dash of garlic salt
dashes of white pepper
dashes of red cayenne pepper

I made a wrap for lunch. It's huge and 3 points
Fit and active flatbread
4 ounces turkey
Spinach
Red onion
Green peppers
Tomato
Brown spicy mustard.

I made extra sautéed colored bell peppers and onion last night and added some Aldi chicken breakfast sausage, one egg plus two whites and cooked that up, while dinner was cooking. So nice to grab the container out of fridge this a.m., and a packet of hot sauce, on my way out the door.1
