Hi everyone. I am new here, started 5x5 3 wks ago. I have been contemplating it for almost a year, lol. Doing good so far. I am not new to working out, just new to lifting. I have lost 50lbs since end of 2015.
I lift at home for now, once I run out of weight plates, I will head to the gym.
My last workout was
Squats: 5x5 80lbs (warm up 3x5 40, 1x5 60)
BP: 5x5 55
BR: 5x5 65
I have to admit that I enjoy it, although I am kind of a cardio/boot camp fan.
