Day one is grand for me. Active, did strength training, food is sorted. Hit a goal today too so started off the 30 days on a positive note! 70lbs lost!

@Erotyka I am JAWESOME, thanks for asking!
70 lbs! Wow! That's a huge number! You're starting out ahead. You must be hella pumped! Keep on cruising, like a shark that doesn't need water, but only asphalt and buds.3 -

My intention for every yoga practice is "do your best and forget the rest." If you're not familiar with P90X, my boy Tony Horton says that all the time. It really helps me get through my practice without feeling intimidated by the master yogi I'm following. Nowadays I'm trying to incorporate this mantra into my everyday life (dancing, my job, money, relationships, ect) and I think it especially applies to this group. It doesn't matter what anyone else does or even if we reach the goals we set yesterday. If we can say that we tried our best throughout these 30 days, then it will be a success!5

Newton's first law always gets me nerding out about exercise. "A body in motion stays in motion, a Body at rest stays at rest"4
