\We all have bad days. We all have good days. We have the days where we don’t feel like doing anything, we have no will or motivation to step foot into the gym, go for that walk, spend as little as 30 minutes getting your heart rate going. You may not think you have what it takes to achieve greatness. Your goal to lose those 10 pounds or to run that extra mile... You think that the world is against you, you do not see those numbers dropping, or see those muscles getting bigger. Therefore, you give up, and let go of your dreams.

However, your time is now! No more excuses. It is time to get into shape, but the only person stopping you is you. But, are you going to let them stop you?
Get off that couch, run that extra mile, do that extra rep. It is time to get going. But you do not need to do it alone, this upcoming Sunday, March 12 we will have our first check in. This will be measuring body weight, and various body parts measurements such as waist, arms, etc. As other people can only motivate you so much, you may not be seeing any visual changes just yet but numbers do not lie. This check in lets you see how much you are progressing, and whether or not you are pushing your body hard enough.
