Hi guys!
I'm new to the community and am really interested in sharing the joys and headaches of the WL journey with others.
A little about my journey:
My highest was 441, I lost 45 pre-op, and VERY VERY VERY slowly have lost 86lbs post op which was 02/22/16.
So, my weight and I have been in this seemingly neverending stand off for the past 4 months now. It isnt my first stall, but it is my longest. 5lbs up, 5lbs down kinda thing.
Been battling with back pain due to a couple herniated discs in my lower back which has been my #1 hinderence for the past few months, and the reason I havent been able to attack my workouts consistently like I could in the first 7 months.
I fall off the wagon with a cheese burger in hand (no bun) or a sundae from Mickey D's every now and then, Im only human lol... Aside from that, my daily diet is still a pretty restrictive high protein, low carb one.
My confidence and my motivation are a bit shaken, long term goal is looking like Everest right now. But I have not given up on me!
If you're going through anything similar or just wanna vent, Im open to advice, suggestions, motivations, inspiration, recipes, new protein shake ideas
Please feel free to share!
