How many calories are you eating?

I'm trying to stick to 1500/day but I am so ravenously hungry at the end of the day I go blow my budget just so I can sleep. I'm hungry and miserable and foggy all day. My body is happy at 2000-2500 but of course that makes the scale start creeping up when in fact I'm trying to lose the last few stubborn pounds.
Been on inositol over a year and keep my carbs below 100. I exercise almost daily - weight lifting and HIIT.
I'm wondering if maybe my metabolism is just slow but I have no benchmark. What does everyone else here eat? How can I break through this plateau and lose those last 10lbs?

I usually ate 1350 for weight loss, though I also usually ate back 1/2-2/3 (sometimes all) my exercise calories. I haven't figured out my maintenance calories for sure yet but I'm thinking maybe around 1700?
For what it's worth, I feel more satisfied/less hunger at a lower carb level/higher fat. Maybe try bumping carbs down and fats up for a while and see if that helps you break through the plateau?1 -
I second the suggestion of dialing back the carbs a bit further. You might gain some additional satiety just by changing foods...1

I can typically drop 1/2lb a week at 2000 calories. It's slow going but it helps my daily sanity. Have you figured out your TDEE (amount of calories you need to maintain)? Once you've got that number, I recommend dropping below it by around 300 calories a day since you're on the last few pounds.0

I am eating 1200-1500 cal a day to lose weight. In theory i should lose on 1800 cal but I don't lose unless 1500 or less.
I am using Huel food replacement drinks and only having those at home. I eat a main meal midday of rice ,veg ,beans and salad or something similar. I allow myself 600-700cal for that meal and the rest of my calories go on Huel shakes. I am finding it helpful because it means less thinking about food and am training myself to stop associating being home with munching.0
