In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.
Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!
Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!
Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!
You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

As you can see mine are pretty basic and some are ones I do pretty well at already. The others I wanted to have them to check off to remind myself that I am able to follow through and can work on the others and do as well at them.

Got to the water today.. YAY so proud of myself
So an appt. with my therapist and then a pool workout & then a foot care appt. Pretty big day for me right now with anxiety or whatever is going on with me. So I feel good about that.
Why I am I up at 3:30am you may ask? I went to bed long ago but just now grabbed another bottle of water and realized I needed to shut this down but wanted to post my day since that was part of weekly goal. Though I won't count it since it's the next day but did want to post the rest of it.

Happy Wednesday! I can't believe I haven't been here for a couple of days!
Hearts- I saw the middle of the night posting. Hope you are doing okay. Thanks for getting us started. So glad you got to the pool Monday. Great job with your goals! Keep it going. Good luck to with all of your activity today.
Molly- you are really focusing on yourself and being consistent. Good job getting a workout in. Smart goals this week. Keep it going.

So far it's going well...but I am very busy at work and it kidnaps my time. Still trying to stay steady.

Molly - Way to go on the house and checking in so regularly. You are doing great.
I am aching to stop and catch up on my home chores. Tonight I plan to be a creator of magic in that area. And to cook some healthy stuff too!

My shoulder already feels better even though it has only been a week since I went to get help for it with a physiotherapist. I could tell I was feeling less pain when I played tennis last night. Now I will get stronger and be able to hit with more power in the weeks ahead. Woo hoo!

Happy Friday! I gained 3.4 lbs this week at WW! No worries, I have been back on track last 2 days, so not sweating it. If I were perfect at this I would not be here.

Molly - you're always here! You inspire me, you've got some great goals and you continue to work hard to meet them! I'm also going through things in my house and sorting and trying to minimize my belongings. It's a lot of work but it sure feels good to get it out of my house, things I don't use anymore and forgot I even had! Also to be able to donate it to people that are actually in need of these items now!
Julie - I hope your shoulder is feeling stronger everyday! Great job on working your goals this week.

Well this is how my week ends... not what I'd hoped. Still struggling with some anxiety of getting out and going places. Doesn't happen often but really uncomfortable when it does happen... it's like I'm frozen and can't make a decision. Like everything, even the tiniest of things is overwhelming.
I do plan to go to the pool in just a bit and that will be good for me. Ohhhh just as I was typing that, anxiety welled up.... I don't know what this about...it's certainly not the workout.. going to try and push through it.
Going to check my gym bag and make sure I have everything and head out. Have a great afternoon Ladies1 -

Wow ! where did the last week go? I did pretty good with steps but not much else. I did get 5,000 steps in yesterday.
Hearts- I hope you can take things one day at a time a feel more peaceful. You are doing an amazing job with your decluttering change is not easy and maybe that is bringing on some anxiety. I hope you get to the pool as I know that is great for you.
Molly- today isn't a new day and I know you can stay on track. None of us is perfect. You have a good attitude. Keep it going strong.

Hearts - I hope you are feeling better. I relate to the anxiety and how it cocoons you. Hope you are pushing past it slowly but surely.
