New Girl in the group!

Hello everybody, I joined a few days ago but haven't gotten around to introducing myself, so here goes! The name is Codi, I'm Canadian, bisexual, 28, mom of two, married for nine years to an awesome guy and I love all things nerdy.

I have about 45lbs to lose and I'm hoping lose about half of that by next fall. I like to hit the gym and just zone out, losing track of everything - all I care about is working up a good sweat and feeling that burn.

I struggle more with the eating side of things - 95% of the time I do great but if I slip or allow myself an indulgence I will spiral out of control and then I get depressed and my training starts to suffer too. So I need people who can slap me out of my funk when I fall off the wagon - seriously, kick my lazy *kitten* right back to the gym and don't let me feel sorry for myself

    Hi, Codi! I just sent you a friend request. I'm similar -- I actually love to work out but also love eating way too much! Maybe we can help motivate each other.

    I'm 38, married to my wife of 15 years, mom to two boys, and I work full time at a job I enjoy but is very sedentary.
