Hey I'm 23 and I want to lose 50 lbs this year. I would also like to increase my strength and train for a 10k. If anyone has similar goals let me know. I try to post more to stay consistent.

Hi! I'm also 23 (for the next few weeks anyway) and am halfway through my goal of 30lb weight loss. I'm currently finishing up training for a 5K and am planning on running a 10K by the fall. My biggest struggle is not knowing how to add in strength training options because I panic and leave the gym after cardio crosstraining days. How's your progress going?0
