Let's keep at it girls!
Monday - KB&T L1 = COMPLETED! I've done this one about 20 times and it's the FIRST time I made it through circuit one without a break (even doing the beginner version). Ready for Level 2!
Tuesday - BBY + zumba
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - BBY + zumba
Friday - 6W6P
Saturday BBY + swimming
Sunday - KB&T L2
Any chance I get to replace whatever I planned with a swim session, I shall.

Was out celebrating our friend announcing their second baby on Sunday so didn't post and then Monday work was sooooo busy so thanks for doing this.
Lets keep it up ... Raaaarrrrr!! Haha
Monday - weights (chest & triceps), cardio (20min treadmil jog) & fitness class (45mins legs, bums and tums) - DONE (633KCAL BURN)
Tuesday - weights (back & biceps), cardio (20min treadmill jog) & fitness class (30mins KB)
Wednesday - weights (legs & calves), cardio (20min treadmill jog) & fitness class (60min les mills body pump) and swim (30min)
Thursday - weights (shoulders & abs), cardio (20min treadmill jog, 20min stepper)
Friday - cardio (20min treadmill jog) and fitness class (60mins body pump)
Saturday - swim (30min),.cardio (20min treadmill jog) and fitness class (30min KB)
Sunday - cardio (20min treadmill jog) and fitness class (45min LBT)0 -
Had a busy day yesterday. Went a saw my bf and her new addition.:smooched: It makes me remember when my daughter was that tiny. :sad:

Hey Everyone...So Im back doing what I can. I've also decided to under record my actual burns for my workouts. I'm only giving them 200cals and I typically burn 300 or more cals. Here is what I did this week....
Mon - Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 1
Tue - Rest
Wed - Rest
Thur - Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 Level 1
Fri - Rest
Sat - Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Level 1
Sun - Rest
Im trying to find another 30 minute workout DVD that has a similar method as Jillian (i.e. Strength, Cardio, Abs) if anyone has any suggestions. Until I find something else I will be alternating these two DVDs until....honestly I dont know. Going to wait until my injury has recovered to do JM's longer DVDs. I had just bought Hard Body, Yoga Meltdown, Extreme Shed & Shred, & the BL Last Chance Workout; I just dont think I'm ready for the longer vids.
