I woke up super early today ... probably a little nervous. I'm going with a friend to court to support her, and I've never been to court before. I'm already all dressed (conservatively!) and ready to go. I'm meeting at her parents' house and we'll all ride together. Here's hoping it goes well for her! I had to sub out 2 of my meetings to do it.

What's on the agenda for you all today?

Meeting another roofer tonight. This one has the highest bid so far so not sure how he can upsell us.

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • Speaking of friends what a nice thing to do Lisa. I hope it works out well for her.
    • Drove for the 1st time in 11 days yesterday and lived to tell about it.
    • Spring has definitely arrived in GA. The next 10 days has highs in the 70s/80s and lows in the 50s.
    • I'm with Lou!

    Good Morning BBB.
I finished a lot of desk work yesterday and laundry too! Finalizing listing today including checking the draft of the description and the long version for agent only available addendum and printed brochure.
It will be officially listed for the Thursday lookers and then brokers open house on Tuesday.
    Visualizing a quick, smooth sale.
Lisa - you are wonderful to support your friend. Court can be stressful.
Steph - I hope the doctor appointment is routine.
May all in BBB land have a great day.
    Do good out there everyone.

    Good Morning!

Lisa, that is awesome what you are doing for your friend. I know that you will be blessed by the experience.

Dennis, sounds like it is getting better for you and your eyes. Awesome!

Steph, good luck with your store visit and doctor this afternoon. I imagine that store visits are rougher these days with the uncertainty of what may or may not happen at the store level with the bankruptcy? Hope that the doc visit is routine and uneventful.

Ran into a bunch of dumbassery on the road today. I love my commute!

    Morning BBB

Desk full of orders to release, so that's good.

Hope the knee is okay, Kelly

Lisa, you are a good friend

Dennis, continued prayers for eye recovery. Glad you are doing well.

Raine, you must be very excited! Wishing you a quick smooth sale!

Steph, hope work isn't too stressful with all that's changing....

    Have a good day BBB!

    Good Morning,
Enjoyed days off, got a little bit done around house. Took DW for some test yesterday, should hear results in a couple of days.
Have ordered 17 yards of topsoil to fill beds and behind rock wall, wish they would get delivered; makes great exercise.
Supper Friday night went good till old next door neighbor had a little to much to drink and proceeded to tell how bad folks were we sold house to. All others had heard story and I had heard other side because they had called me. All I could do Friday was smile and be thankful we no longer lived next door to them. I purchased way too much beer, they brought their own or wine so DMIL should have a field day.
Lots considering moving, should go fast if that's what one wants; inventory is in short supply down here.
Raine, photo shoots, training and getting house ready and listed; slow down and enjoy the moment.
Mary, I'm now taking two different thyroid meds. First I did not have enough thyroid hormone, after many months taking meds and still gaining test show I have adequate hormone now but body not absorbing. Weight has stabilized at 30 lbs to much so I'm now fighting to get back to goal. Dr. is totally content with my higher weight, WHY? According to research with my taking warfarin I should be underweight but Dr. will not vary from charts. I am down 11 pounds from 1st of year. All I can say is you have to be persistent making sure dr's understand you live with your body and know your body better than they do just see you every few months.
    Dennis, glad eyes are better.
Princess Lisa, nine more days of Birthday month left; enjoy!
Skip, how's construction going in CO?
Steve, getting a new roof for deductible after 20 year is GREAT. Listened to Connie's broadcast, great work.
I know I missed some, but do good anyway.
86 yesterday, 70's today then high's in 50's tomorrow; but should be back to 70's for weekend.
    Enjoy the Day,
    Sam I am

    Late check-in today....

Lisa: I could see you on a jury being the leader who brings reason to the others

Congrats on orders, Mary! Economy improving?

Late night meetings at VFW.... we've come a long way. We are doing about $95k a month in sales/revenue. This is nearly doubled where we were a year ago. Lots of infrastructure improvements and strong membership drive has us humming along. Wish I could stay to help see where the growth and improvements are going to go.... lo' and behold, I hand over reigns next month to the next sucker...er, I mean "notable volunteer"

Preggars update, Lee? AB must be getting quite big!

    Another BBB'r moving.... Where to?

Lou? Did the campaign swallow you up and spit you out? Hows the campaign trail?

Sam - we don't like our neighbors either and continually give old neighbors (good friends) a hard time about selling to a bunch of nimwits..... Oi vay....

    Have a super day, BBB!

Dashing off this a.m. but would like more Ts and Ps for DD. She finished her complete final round of chemo only to find that her liver isn't up to snuff after the taxol rounds. Looking to see some recovery of the liver functions.
Be good do good and godspeed BBB

Dennis - you may want to give your unwavering support of my campaign some further thought. I've been labeled by my opponent as a typical voter-suppressive Trump lover. She knows I voted for Jill Stein.

They used the township newsletter to promote her campaign and I called her out on it. So she slapped back in the only way she could think of in a paper published in a blue area.

I imagine you have an uphill battle running as a Republican in upstate Illinois but I'm sticking with Lou. It has been a strange year for elections and maybe it will continue. I'm always amazed at liberals calling Republicans voter-suppressive just because we want to make sure the voter is a registered to vote and indeed alive.

Yeah Lou we had a local homeowner association bring in a candidate and basically endorse her in violation of their 501C status. Non-profits are allowed to promote issues but not allowed to promote candidates or they are subject to removal of nonprofit status. Plus in our case by no means did everyone support the lady in question etc.

Thanks Steve for your Ts and Ps.

She didn't go to jail, which was our goal. Yay! A last minute test came through, which probably proved her innocence. We have a hearing next Tuesday, and I've been asked to attend as a character witness. They would have put her in jail until then, if not for that test result. The judge was very kind, thoughtful, and fair, imho.
