During the last weekend, several UAC team members reported Non Scale Victories and Scale Victories. They are living according to the words above...you can do it too!4 -
The progress definitely adds up. Today I made my 100 day streak on mfp so I have done a progress check on those 100 days.
Weight loss: 7.1kg (15.6 lb)
BMI: 26.4 to 23.7
Today is another yes x 3 for me. Cycled to work again today although the weather was a bit dodgy. There was some mist this morning and showers this afternoon but fortunately not during my ride home. Tomorrow's weather gets worse again so sadly looking like a driving day.8 -
I am hoping the rain will hold up as I got to walk outside and it did me a world of good. Today I am taking a pair of sneakers to swap into for my walk. I must walk differently in dress shoes as my tuckus is killing me. Or maybe it was concentrating on walking slow. I went with the receptionist and she was like slow down. The receptionist at the main office walks like me 4/5 mph. I really hope to get back to the main office next week.3

@RangerRickL There's another quote that reminds me of what you posted today.
" What you do every day is more important than what you do once in a while."6 -
Happy 100 days @aeshippers! Congrats on your weight and BMI loss! Seeing your report of consistency and subsequent results helps me want to stay in track.3

Thanks @phoebelayla. Knowing that I can help inspire and motivate others will help keep me going too as I head into unchartered weight territory for me. I'm already at a weight that I have only ever been briefly before in my adult life and that was over 20 years ago when I was attending WW.4

Love that quote, Rick. When I was younger, I was always looking for a quick fix and would become discouraged when I didn't lose 10 lbs in the first week of a diet or exercise program. Slowly changing my habits, increasing my workouts overtime, and allowing myself to make mistakes has really gotten me to where I am now. Slow and steady wins the race!
@aeshippers and @I_can_do_this2 congratulations on your progress!!

way under calories for the day, did track everything but unfortunately I did not exercise today. Flew home from Edmonton today, spent time with my grand daughter instead of taking the time to exercise this morning, was hoping to do my exercise bike when I got home but was exhausted and decided to just spend some quiet relaxing time with my hubby......Tomorrow is another day............and I will be back to my aquamotion...........looking forward to it!2 -

Yes x 3. Went Rock climbing for two hours today. Once I got past that initial fear, it was lots of fun. Oh how I will feel it in my muscles tomorrow! On the way back, we stopped at a vegetarian cafe and I had a really delicious nutburger without the bun. We had some unexpected guests join us and I captured them in the photo below. I guess they knew they were safe at a vegetarian cafe....

Our legal expert Judge @RangerRickL advised me (who has also got to pass 3 already) that according to the UAC Act 2017, paragraph 56 clause 3 should be interpreted as "3 pass days are allowed. Any more than 3 and you're out winner's circle".0
