I woke up this morning with a tweak in my back along my shoulder blade. I know it's from sleeping wrong, and I've been putting Icy Hot on it along with massaging it. I still notice it when I move my head into certain angles/positions.

It's not horrible, but it is annoying and noticeable. Here is today's WOD for my box. If it doesn't let up by my 4:30 class, would you guys still go?

I can't decide it it'll help "work it out" or make it worse.

Metcon (Time)

A1) Deadlift
8 minutes to establish heavy single
2 minutes to load 50% of heavy single
A2) 5 minute AMRAP of:

Metcon (Time)

10 T2B

I would go and see if the warmups can help get the shoulder loosened up and tell the coaches about your concern. they can help you decide if you want to go through the workout or rest it.

Yep, go roll it out with a foam and see how it feels. Ask for WOD mods if it is still bothering you. Since they are lifting WODs you really want your back 100% for deads and you need your shoulders loose for the cleans.

Just listen to your body, skipping 1 WOD isn't going to kill you.
