What's your commitments for today? Lets make this a challenge day and do 50 push-ups! These can be wall push-ups (which I am only able to do), real pushups, or modified.
Here are my commitments!
July 23rd Commitment:
-Drink 12 glasses of water
-Stay within my 1,000 calorie deficit
-12,000 Steps
-40 lunges at lunch
-Walk for 15 minutes at lunch time
-Walk 1 mile during work
-120 squats

I accept the push up challenge! Just busted out 15 knee push-ups. Will break it up throughout the day.
Heading to the gym in a little bit for more upper body work and some cardio.

This week is throwing me off - I'm at training in another office all week and they are bringing lunch in every day. Also our air conditioner at my house stopped working on Sunday night and needs to be completely replaced, which won't happen until Friday at the earliest. So I'm feeling very sluggish when I'm at home.
BUT. . .tonight I'm going to do 30 minutes of strength training and run 2 miles. Then I'm going to take a COLD shower!!0
