Is there a way to enter steps if you're not wearing your fitbit?

Say I take the kids to the pool. There's a big water slide and a play area. I know I'd get a decent amount of steps, but I can't wear my fitbit in the water. Is there any way to enter this? I wouldn't worry about it too much if it was a one time thing, but I'd like to make it a regular activity with them.

You log a workout of walking, with whatever distance you think it is.

Fitbit will estimate the steps using your stride length setting, and the calories from that time entered.

So if 2 hrs at the pool, and you think you walked 1 mile, then enter the time minus whatever you spent in the water.
Then enter a workout of pool time for the remainder.

Look at current step counts to get an idea of when the device came off and went on, as to the time you need to fill in.
