In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can! B)<3

    Hello Warriors!

Hope all is well with Everyone! I am back. Took a mini break

    Good goals!

Thanks for getting us started Julie.

I will fly by later with my goals. I will not have time this week to comment much because it is month end and quarter end at work.

    Have a great week!! :)

    2) be green (1/7)
    3) physio for shoulder twice a day (1/7)

Feeling good so far. I enjoyed mixed tennis doubles last night with my partner, who is a lovely athlete and a wonder to watch on the court. It's great to have him on my team especially because he is so encouraging, while he runs around like a maniac getting all the shots I can't make LOL

Forestrose - good goals this week. I like your stretch goal of 6,000...that's what I did - upped it by 1,000 a few times to see what it felt like and how to do it, and now it's my new baseline. Took a few weeks though.

Molly - good luck with your Q and Month ends!! And also staying on track. That's a toughie but you can do it.

Just a quick check-in. So far, everything is okay. I just realized that when I wake up in the middle of the night, I have some toast and tea but forget to log this! Whoops. More tennis tonight (we are in a challenge week), and I like this because it means guaranteed activity.

Talk again soon and good luck with your goals!

I wasn't green yesterday but I did track. That burrito was a killer to my day. Aye! My shoulder is feeling so much better. It gives me hope for all aches and pains. Diligent therapy really works.

Molly - hope you are managing through this busy time and keeping the big picture in mind. Good luck today! April is on the horizon.

Paulette - how are your workout and step goals going? Hope you are doing well.

    1) track! (4/7)
    2) be green (4/7)
    3) physio for shoulder twice a day (4/7)
    4) check in with the warriors (4/5)

    Hi Julie,
This has been a tough week. one of our coworkers passed away last Friday. we are a staff of 14 and I have worked with her for over 10 years. the funeral was yesterday. though she has been ill, it was still a shock and a big loss.

So my steps have been close to 5,000 but I have not broken that plateau at all. the workouts have not been happening. my hip has been bothering me but I can't use that as an excuse, I have to find a solution.

good job Julie with your tracking and checking in. great that you are tracking and learned how much that burrito was. so happy your shoulder has been feeling better. keep going with your physio.

Molly- I saw your activities this week and hope the craziness of your end of month/quarter doesnt' stress you out too much. take care.

Hearts- always on my mind and hoping you will feel like joining us again soon.

I hope everyone has a good weekend. take care all.

I gained again this week at WW, but putting it behind me and moving forward. I know what to do, it has just been a very hectic week. Not happy with myself but not beating myself up either. Have to break this bad streak. :( This is my 3rd week gaining. (5.4 lbs total gained) The WW meeting was so appropiate and great for me - Subject was "Get back on track". WW members shared some good points on getting back on track. Just have to make smarter choices this week.
