Lots of great information in this article, I believe they need to examine the manufacturing of the probiotic that was used, how many cultures were live, and what cultures were included in the specific probiotic that was used. -- I find that point missing in all the studies.

either way, a probiotic will help with absorption of nutrients and aid in decreasing gas, improving digestion.. If your diet is clean, you probably wont notice much. :)
