First we need to get started.Don't just think about it,go into ACTION!!Make goals and take the necessary steps to reach and accomplish all of your goals.(1.)To become healthier.If we keep doing what we were doing in the past,we will continue to gain weight We definitely don't want to do that!We need to become healthier the right way.without gastric bypass surgery or extreme measures to lose the weight.We must do it the right way and the healthy way.I do think a lot of us wants to be healthy,more than we want to be skinny.i believe that is a goal worth striving for.*Excess weight is associated with many health problems,some are life threatening.What better reason to lose weight and get healthy!*Being overweight,losing even a little weight can help.If we don't we can be at risk for developing such diseases as:heart disease,type 2 diabetes,cancer,osteoarthritis,sleep apena,just to name a few.Just losing 5 to 10 percent of your body weight reduces your risk of serious diseases.*What better reason to lose the weight,get healthy and fit?(2.)To improve your physical appearance.To love the way you feel and look in your clothes.(3.)To become fitter.We need to manage our weight and be determined to never return to our old unhealthy lifestyle and ways of living.(4.)We need to get to a point,where our lives does not revolve around food.Being addicted to food,you might as well say it is our drug of choice.It is just as bad as any other drug like cocaine or heroine or nicotine.It's addictive and can really be harmful to our health!*it's time to take steps and spring into action,to better ourselves,our lives,and our health!:bigsmile: :wink: :love: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
