Sync issues

I have a Charge HR 2. (Love BTW) I have had it for a few months but my issue goes back before that when I had the 1st HR. I have not been able to get it to sync with MFP for quite some time. I have disconnected and reconnected but still no joy. Any suggestions.

I have the One and mine hasn't synced in 4 days itself let alone sync with MFP
in the 3 years I've had device I've never had any issues of that until now. 0 -
I just got a new Alta HR and it syncs fine with the fitbit app, but will not sync with MFP. I am going to wait and see if it fixes itself overnight, as some others have suggested, but so far, nothing...0
