Well done to all those that have committed to the F45 classes for the challenge!
130 people are now booked in to the sessions each week with 2 dedicated Holden classes in the 4.45pm timeslot. We would love to hear how you have been going with the classes and other activities, so feel free to post on this forum to get the discussion started :-)
