    Getting ready to leave for DS appointment with transplant surgeon to see what's going on with his incision not healing properly.

    Friend asked me to go canoeing tomorrow. Water temp probably 40°. Better wear my wetsuit.

    We're under a gale warning here on Puget Sound, today. They expect winds of 30 mph, with gusts over 50. Sadly, that will blow the blossoms off our flowering cherry tree that is currently in spectacular bloom.

    Dave, somehow our crabapple blossoms survived all of the rain and wind that we just had. We have two very old crabapple trees, and they are simply magnificent in the Spring.

    Sunny and warmer this weekend. Firing up the John Deere for first lawn cutting (very tall right now), and getting the kayak wet. Woot!

    I'm at the office, and just heard a "crash". The loading dock is behind my office, and I have a window to see. Stupid truck driver had his trailer door open, and hit a bunch of inventory backing into the dock. Going to be a fun day!

    Good Morning!

    Mike, praying for you & DS and easy resolution to the incision problems. Nasty wind last night as a new front from the north continues to sweep in. Not much rain today just wet all day. Somehow I will walk since I just restarted yesterday. It tried the retired guy walking to McDonalds to sip on a Senior coffee thing yesterday. Saved 15 cents and got an achy back. Moving on.

    Yup David we have had a nearby wind gust over 61 mph this morning and others nearby over 59 mph out here in Washington County west of Portland. Amazingly windy but is better now.
