Hi, I am living with a rare blood cancer that is chronic Waldenstrom's Macrogloanemia.
With this comes a life long treatment of chemo and steroids.
Depression and steroids have made a huge weight gain 40lbs over 3 years.
I have started a 1200 calorie intake and upped my activity to 3-4 days at the gym and one night a week doing pilates. I am keeping a detailed log and with fingers crossed after 5 weeks a healthy person should drop 13 lbs give or take.
I am looking to see if anyone here has any possible solutions or advise on how to loose weight.
Best
