Les Mills Combat

Hello every1,
I have been doing BB programs for a little over a year. I started with Insanity. I now own 6 programs and absolutely addicted to BB. I am currently doing a LMC challenge. We are now in our 3rd week. This is the first time in a really long time that I haven't taken long break. Usually about the 3rd-4th week I take about 3 days to a week off. Which doesn't seem like to long. But in a matters of days I feel the difference. Anyway, I am the most motivated I felt in a very long time. I have join MyfitnessPal.com when I started Insanity, however, in time I stopped logging in. I am trying to pay more attention to what I consume. I have to be honest about what I actually eat. If I have a bad day, I have to log it in. I would like to be at my goals that I set when I started with BB before 2014. I am current at 32 % of my goals!
