Found this list of nude races, 5K's and the like. Some are hosted by nudist clubs, others are more public like the Bay to Breakers ( aka. Bare to Breakers ) in San Francisco.

    I'm too old to run races, but I home nude every chance I get. That's rare unfortunately!
