Good morning lovely people. This is our small mini break between our 100 days. I however, do not want to lose motivation. So I will be posting here before the 100 days start. I am learning that consistency is a big part of success. I also know that if I take a break I will lose some motivation. Please feel free to join me. I think for the most part I did a pretty good job on my goals.

Yesterday's goals:
Stay under Calories! (this is the hardest one for me.) Had 4 left :)
15000 steps :)
Drink 80 ounces of water. :)
Lunchtime walk B)
Meet with Karate teacher :)
Taxes need to be finished. (I don't know why I keep putting this off, I should only have about 20 minutes left to do.) :'( Shame on me.
Clean refrigerators out :| Started, but didn't get very far.
Kids bedroom. :) mostly done
HP Challenges. Need to work on this :) In progress

Did pretty good, going for it again today.

Today's Goals:

I like the idea of still checking in, helps with the accountability aspect which is huge.

Had a good day yesterday and we had sunshine all day which wasn't expected. So instead of strength training in the gym I worked outside for 2 hours and did lots of heavy lifting.

    Today's goals:
    eat to plan
    stay under calories
    20 min cardio - done
strength training (or yard work if sunny)
    1L of water

Get ready for my 4 day weekend..YAY!!

Love the idea of a practice run :-)

I had a NSV yesterday when I tried to run 3km in my quickest time possible. A few month's ago I couldn't even run for more than 2 minutes and now running 3k is just enjoyable.

I have to do a longer run tomorrow though which will probably kick my butt!

    Tomorrows goals:
    - Week 10 of C210K (run 17 minutes, walk 1 min, repeat 3 times)
    - Strength workout in morning
    - No unplanned snacking in morning at work
    - No evening snacking
    - Re-hem by maxi dress

Hope everyone is having a good week!

Counting down to the 4 day weekend!

    Here we go again :)

    Good morning flowers!!!

@Kenda2427 your practical workouts are no joke. Yay for finally getting some sunshine!

I did good yesterday, everything checked off my list.
After today's work I will be 1000 chin-ups deep into my goals of doing 2017 chin-ups in 2017. Little goals make me happy :)

The day is sunny and warm here so I really want to walk to the park with my daughter. Goals for the day are as usual: calories/macros, training, chin-ups, steps, water and good sleep.

    Let's have a fabulous Wednesday!!

@danelutza19: Great job on the chin ups! you will for sure reach 2017 by the end of the year, probably sooner!

I am so glad to find a daily thread on here today! I feel the need to check in : )

I am not exercising today. I will clean my family room which will keep me active. I have decided that I will run 5-8km every other day or 65kms by May 7th. I have signed up for a race that day. It is a fun (albeit timed) race that is called Le chocolate. The race bags have chocolate, wine & firemen at the end of the race giving metals. It is pretty fun. My mom (who is 67) & I do this race every year.

    Have a great day!

I first ready this as doing 1000 chin-ups today. I though you were some form of machine :o

    Amazing effort!

I may joint you on the running every other day if that's ok :-) I have a 10k in June and my longest outdoor distance so far is 6k :-(

We don't have chocolate, wine or firemen though :-/ clearly I'm in the wrong town!!!

I love the idea of still posting here, it also helps me to keep focus! My focus for today is to make healthy food choices. Last night was tough, my husband want to go get fast food for dinner. I told him, he was welcome to fast food but my plan was to get home, yay for me, :)

I've been running 10 mins these last couple of days. My plan is to every week add a few mins. That sounds like fun!!!!!

Great to have this thread. I want to stay on track until Saturday.
Today hubby is off bird-watching with his pals, so I have a whole day to please myself. I am going to Flower arranging after lunch, so will be sorting out my foliage etc this morning, in the sunshine.

:sunglasses: Have a great day! :sunglasses:
