Intro/Started Piyo/Day 3

Hi group, I'm Connie. I got inspired to borrow my sisters Piyo after watching a BB commercial while on vacation. I also do Zumba 2-3 days a week and see a personal trainer once a week. My goal ideally from numbers would be to lose about 40 pounds, but I'll let the body determine that because of how I put on muscle.

I'm​ healing from a cold virus this week so I'm taking it easy, but I was able to get Define: Upper Body done tonight. Woo!
