I'm so sorry, Dave! I remember when I had sleep apnea. Not getting sleep is very bad stuff. I pray that this will get better for you soon!
Another super busy day for a really tired guy. Short day tomorrow, which will help. On the plus side, I have to prepare payroll today. It is my first larger check since my raise this month. I got a raise, because I have been at my job 1 year today!0 -
Morning. Son's CT scan went fine yesterday. Results tomorrow. Told him maybe they'll find that missing screwdriver they were looking for... he didn't seem to get the joke.
Back to cool but pleasant weather today. May go for a hike. Or maybe take the canoe out. Have a kayak too, but feel safe only using in warm water, July & August.
Will make another attempt at tracking all my food today.0 -
Good Morning. Stayed up late last night watching the Giants & Warriors games. Seemed like a good idea at the time. At least all the Bay Area teams were victorious. I fell prey to some mindless munching. Got it all tracked though. Taxes, coffee, a walk & exercise today.0

Spotted nice bald eagle, swooped by great blue heron while biking and also a beautiful coated coyote. Made me feel better.1

Ate 6 eggs with 4 oz of 99% fat free low sodium deli turkey for breakfast this morning after training with my best girl Tess. Almost 700kcal, but I think it satisfied my protein goal for the day. Tess got a couple of eggs too, on top of her kibble.
