@TerriRichardson112 A whole day to do what you want? I would be in heaven. I always love the activities you have planned. They always sound like so much fun. I hope you enjoyed it.
Yesterday felt like a pretty darn productive day to me. I was going non stop until 7:30 last night. After that I was done, I couldn't do any more.
Yesterday's Goals:
Stay under Calories! Counting the calories for exercise I was right on the money.
15000 steps 20K
Drink 80 ounces of water.
Lunchtime walk
Taxes need to be finished. (I completed them, but the BF wants to me to change afew things before I file. Grr on him.)
Clean refrigerators out. I got 1 done so half complete. LOL
HP Challenges. Continue working on I should complete these today.
Laundry Finish today. Have to dry, fold and put away now.
Trash out Nope forgot all about this one.
Wow, I did better than I thought I did. Go me!
Today's Goals:
Stay under Calories
20000 steps
80 ounces of water
Lunch time walk
Roller skating
Help kids with Karate Creed
Clean the other fridge
Finish the Bleeping taxes!
Have a wonderful day everyone.

Good morning flowers!!!
@jdelaroy that was one very accomplished day for you!! Nice going!!!
@Kenda2427 these gloomy days sure are bad but when you make the best of them you get to enjoy the sunny ones even more
Yesterday I accomplished my goals but I waited too long to train and I wasn't in the mood at all. I had to pull all my motivation together to get it done.
Today's a bit gloomy so a perfect excuse to hit the gym for some swim and tanning. The goals are to eat within calories/macros, train early, do my chin-ups, hit steps, drink water and sleep good.
Let's have a fabulous Thursday!!!0 -
Morning,
The day is shaping up, like I said in a previous post we woke up without power. We do have a fireplace for tonight just in case it doesn't come on! On the bright side it's not raining till tonight,
This morning had to get coffee so we went to McDonald's, I was able to make healthy choices, . Today, my main focus is to keep focusing on healthy choices. Plus see how things turn out, a good long session in the pool might help.
Today's goals
1. Morning workout ✅
2. Hit protein
3. Plan my meals/workouts for the next 3 days
4. No late night snacking
5. Pool session this afternoon
6. Hair appointment ✅
Let's make this happen!1 -
My day has been great so far. Work was nice and slow and then i finally got my new nails done for Easter.
NOW i need to find a way to get more steps (11,281 so far, goal is 14k) and burn some calories today, the weather outside is QUITE FRIGHTFUL today. Maybe i will bring my elliptical out of retirement .. lol
TOM is due any day now so i am actually doing pretty good with my foods and not snacking myself crazy .. HAHAHA
As for working out, i think i am in a bit of a winter frump, the lack of VitD i think is finally starting to get to me so i am less motivated to do my workouts. BUT I will do SOMETHING today.0 -
