I see a light at the end of the tunnel. :) It's crazy how small things change you. My time at the branch has made me realize I need to make myself a priority. It's amazing how easy it is to get lost in the shuffle and I hated that feeling. So the next challenge I am taking control WOO HOO hopefully I won't get that feeling of being eaten alive. Have a great day everyone. Today is market day with mom.

    @2020pinktogo : glad that things are working out at work. I think we all need the reminder to make ourselves a priority

    Today is going to be a very warm day. I am not sure what the day will bring. I should probably help DH out at the store. I thought I would go for a run...right now I am watching April the giraffe give birth, which will probably mess up all plans if she doesn't get on with it lol

    Today's goals:
    -be active ( either run or yard work)
    - stick to calories & macros
    - Clean my bedroom surfaces
    - help DS clean his room (he has decided he is ready to give up his toys, so it will be a huge decluttering & growing up milestone for him)

    @Ipeltenburg we are having a beautiful day here too. Whatever you decide to do it's going to feel that much better. Good luck with the birth of the baby giraffe, may it happen soon :)

    Yesterday was pretty interesting. I solved my desert dilemma by having my husband and daughter pick their favorites. That way, they will eat most of the treats and I'm not going off the rails :)
    As far as calories, it was great but training wise I really wasn't in the mood for it. Funny enough, once I got my warmup out of the way, I felt great and my movement patterns felt better than ever.

    Today I spent my morning cleaning up and doing chin-ups. For the rest of the day, I want to enjoy the shorts I'm wearing. Obviously I'm keeping my focus on calories/macros, water, steps as lots of rest.

    Excited to get started on this challenge! I'm setting some fun goals for the next 100 days and it's time to get busy!

    I have a BIG to do list if the weather would ever straiten out. This weekend is a ME weekend of activities so the Sunshine will be on my face almost the whole time. BUT I have a garage that needs emptied out and re-organized in the worst way and i need dry warmer days to get it done. I am HOPING those days will come SOON !!
    SO aside of our challenge starting Monday, and my BLC challenge coming to an end tomorrow, I have nothing pressing to do other than take care of myself this weekend and that is MY ONLY PLAN. I will continue to work on all my basic things like water and calories ect. ect. BUT as for any other stuff i am off for 2 days, my exercise will be the things I enjoy doing outside that i have been missing for months. TODAY i have already gotten a GREAT run in. NOW to get out with DH and go for a walk/hike somewhere. See you all later !!

    I don't know if I ever admitted to you guys the fact that I live in turtlenecks for as long as possible and Sept. 1st I break them out with a lot of Joy and WOO HOO. Today I said ok pull out the spring clothes and put away the turtlenecks. I was tempted to stay in my comfort zone another week or so till I calmed down. Then I was like nope let's get this over with I am on edge may as well go over . My hubby goes do you think this is a good time? They are like your security blanket? Maybe you should wait a week and calm down. I figure may as well start off this next challenge right. Lol
