•I am re-posting what I wrote in today's cup-o-joe which you may have seen.
Also she is doing great today and they are letting her stay tonight (no brainer in my book). but she is doing well .

Yes I teared up a bit. Substitute teacher in yoga who has never met me. Not young but her spirit was amazing. She had us reach reach reach as if reaching out to grasp a loved one from the abyss/cliff. She did not know my DD was in surgery at that moment. I reached out and held on with all my spirit. Amazing class full of spirit.

I had only a light wind breaker only a thin layer of clothes as it was over 50 deg biking to and from yoga. Dark clouds came over as I left yoga to bike home. Suddenly a sheet of lightning flashed horizontally overhead and thunder without pause (Yiķes!). Heavy heavy hail and torrential downpour as the heavens opened up above me. Got a text I read a few minutes later that DD just got out of surgery and it went well. She (DD) always reminds me I have metal rods in my back and shouldn't be out tempting lightning.
DD was all smiles as I visited her and told her what happened in yoga and ride home.
She right away asked to go for a walk in the hospital and is doing amazingly well in her daddy's eyes.

Wow ... I hadn't read that, but it's so powerful! It sounds like Someone was making sure you felt connected and cared for, too. :)

I'm so glad she's doing well! She's strong, like her daddy.

Thanks Lisa! DD is often the one giving care in emergencies and more to her son, brother, and me too.
