Fun Fitness Challenge

Always good to keep on top of this, bitesize amounts of exercise soon add up! Keep it fun, if you enjoy what you are doing then it won't seem like hard work!
Increase exercise by doing something fun! Aim for 15 minutes minimum on at least 3 days of the week, more if you can!
