AW synching issues

Hi everyone! I'm new to the group and wanted to introduce myself and see if any of the experts in this group can help me with a question. I used to see my calories remaining, nutrients, etc. on my AW. However, today, I took out my old fitbit from my devices that I had linked, and now the information I was seeing in my AW from the MFP app is no longer there. My AW steps are also not synching back into MFP. I followed the instructions to go under Steps in MFP and selecting my AW device. I also went to the health app in my iphone to allow the information to come over. It's still not coming through. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks so much!
