In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can! B)<3

I thought I'd see about setting up some goals for the remainder of this week. Anyone else around? Hope to stick around and be part of things more. I've missed you all! <3

    Goals for the Week:
    • Keep up my daily water intake
    • 15 min. sorting/decluttering daily

    Short but sweet!

Hearts-thanks for starting the new thread. Good luck with your goals. I am copying the water one.

I hope others will join us. I have reset my weight after my doctors visit and need to let go of the old success and be realistic. Getting back on track.

    Goals this week
    1. Drink more water
    2. 5000 or more steps

Hi Forest, good to be here and so happy to see you! <3

I figured I would keep simple goals this week, ones I know I could do pretty easily and go from there. Likely adding things even if they aren't written down here.

I don't believe letting go of the past success is dismissing it totally as never having happened. I think a restart is a healthy thing at times. How about we do it together? I'm also thinking of grabbing my gym bag and going to the pool in just a bit.

Interested in a challenge so we both meet a goal today? I'll check back in to let you know how I did!

Hi hearts- so happy to see you here. It was a busy day. Hope you got to the gym. I did over 5,000 steps today. We can do this!

Maybe some other faithful warriors will find their way back. Keep going strong!

Hi Molly sounds like you're keeping quite busy, glad you popped in!

Morning Forest, how is your weekend going?

Been keeping up on my water pretty good. Been working around the house going through things I no longer need and donating them or recycling them. There's a shred day coming up in May so I've been collecting bills and other paperwork for that. It will sure be good to get that out of my house and out of the way.

Great job getting in 5000 steps, good job!! <3

HI Hearts- good job with your water. Excellent work cleaning out and donating things you don't need. That shred day makes a perfect way to safely get rid of paperwork.

Molly- hang in there with our busy schedule. Keep making smart choices.

Busy week for me but I will try to check in a few times.

    Have a good week everyone!

    Hi Forest!
Continuing to get more water in and go through things to let go of and pass to others more need in need of them. I feel getting rid of clutter is helping me focus more on things around me that are important to focus on. Eating better etc. I feel it's all connected for me... Keeping my house in order and taking care of my mind and body work in tandem.

I've living in the same placed for some time and as we know places don't get bigger. I want to minimize my possessions... I feel I don't need as much now as when I was younger. I used to love to bake and cook for others but if I do that now with no one to pass it along to, that's not a good thing!

Forest are you a crafty person or have you been in the past? I've gotten rid of a lot of things but still hang on to my stamping supplies and jewelry making supplies.. I don't do them much but continue to hang on to them. The stamping things take up a lot of room. Think it's time to face reality and really trim that down, I just don't know who to give them too.

<3 Much love to you Hon, you are so very special in my Life Pauline, I hope you know that!! <3
If you ever need to talk... please PM me, and I promise I will respond this time in a timely manner... I used to be terrible about responding to PMs. I'm here for you as I know you're here for me xo

Cheering you on Warriors.. whatever things you are working on!!

HI hearts- hope you have a good weekend. Good job with water and going through your things and donating them. Keeping your place in order does help with overall structure. I have been a crafty person. My suggestions for who to give your stamping supplies too would be a senior community center or similar place. It her would be a boys and girls club or similar organization.

Love to you also hearts. A busy stressful week is done. Now to really get to a plan.

    Molly hang in there.

Thanks! I've thought of Senior Centers plus I can't believe I'd never thought of Boys & Girls Club. I'll add that to my list.

Have a good weekend both of you! xo

Hi hearts, Molly and any other warrior lpoking in. Have a great week. It's a new month. What does everyone think about doing a month long message board but stick with a weekly mini challenge?

We are a small group but we can continue to move forward.

I think a month long one sounds fine for now since it's quiet and a bit slow. What if I/we start a new one for the month of May, since it's a brand new month and go from there? Thoughts?
