Controlling the hangries

I'm 4 months postpartum and breastfeeding. Last time, I couldn't shift any weight until kiddo weaned 100% because, if I tried to cut calories, I would feel faint.

This time, I'm trying to watch what I eat so I at least don't overeat, but I still find myself getting hungry between meals. Any tricks to reduce the cravings?

    Maybe including more healthy fats and protein to help you feel satiated? Put some guac on some chicken ; )
