I started the 7 days juice fast, wondering if anyone wanted to join me to keep each other motivated.

    Have you started it ? I am thinking of doing veggie/fruit juice and a veggie only meal at dinner for a week.

    I started the 7 days today. This is my fourth round of juicing over the last 18months. I'm going to follow this with the two week turbo diet and then i'm looking at maintaining a Paleo lifestyle thereafter.

    how are you getting on Zampa?
