Hi everyone! I just joined. I just turned 44 this month. I have a 24 year old son, a 22 year old daughter, a 19 year old son, and a three year old grandson who all live with my husband and I. My husband and I have been together for 26 years and have been married for 24. We also have two pitt/sheppard/boxer mix dogs named Bonnie and Clyde who will be a year and a half in June.
I have fibromyalgia, spinal problems, and the possible beginning stages of MS. I've just hit 190lbs which is the most I've ever weighed including when I was pregnant so I've have to work on eating better and being more active. My goal weight is 150lbs with a stretch goal of 135.
I'm so glad I've found this group and looking forward to meeting everyone and making new friends so feel free to add me!

Welcome to the group! Weight loss is very possible with chronic illness but will be slower than everyone else so don’t get discouraged if it seems to take forever! I think diet is more important than exercise for us as we’re so limited with what we can physically do. Your dogs sound an adorable mix by the way.0
