Hi All,
There is so much amazing vegan junk food out there these days, and so many vegan recipes without nutrition information attached. I'm looking for more variety in my eating and I love a good vegan low calorie meal so I was wondering what your best low calorie vegan recipe was?

My favorite thing is buying the frozen Amy’s Chinese Noodles in Cashew Cream Sauce. I add a big handful of steamed broccoli and half a block of air-fried tofu. Then I pack half for lunch the next day and eat the rest for dinner. I think it’s even better this way.2
