The image states, "Anyone can be cool, but Awesomeness takes practice!" That is how I feel about my UAC team mates. May has been a very fun and successful month for most of YOU! You are Awesome!

Well I got up and walked this morning but my butts still dragging so we shall see how I do today. The neighbor said I could stick my mattress out in his garbage but I'm deciding if it's going to rain or not. It says no rain but it rained all night so I'm not sure plus it looks like rain and I don't want to take out something that's going to be a big old sponge and impossible to bring back in once it gets drenched. I think I'll wait till it looks like all sunshine.
Have a great day everyone!!6 -
Reading yesterday's posts and so many of the group are going well and pleased with their progress even if they haven't managed to make the winner's circle. Congratulations to all, I think that's what this group is about, trying to make the best progress we all can.
@Dosse1320 - it's good to hear you're finishing strong after being sick for so much of the month, good on you for not giving up.
@gus130 - 4 pass days may not be in the winner's circle but it's still an awesome result, congratulations.
@phoebelayla - almost there for a perfect month, you are an inspiration to us all
Foggy start to the day today but still cycled to work. By lunchtime it was beautiful and sunny so I went for a 25 minute gentle walk (foot not up to going any faster). Didn't do any exercise this evening after cycling home but tried to keep my foot elevated to get the swelling down. Was getting a bit foggy on the ride home too, hopefully not too thick to ride in tomorrow.
Tracking and calories both good.
I am in the winner's circle for the month with just 1 pass day.8 -

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 5km in 47 minutes (flat - 2 stations away).
Calories?: Yes.
Tracked?: Yes.
Working in the city today, so usual walk in the hills not possible. Walked an extra 2 stations instead of just to the nearest one instead. Consequently carrying an extra 6kg on the back. Helps make up a little for the lack of hills.

exercise - massive
Exercise, unbelievably massive. 4 plus hours of climbing. 4,277 feet.
My stinking Garmin wouldn't or didn't record it. So much for that obsession.

I guess I will climb it again thursday.
That'd be good exercise. Climb this repeatedly until I get my tracker to work on it.
My knee stings a little bit. Probably have a zero day tomorrow.

My report:
It's finally warm and beautiful!! There is truth to the saying that you were only fit for whatever exercise program you're currently doing. I have started riding horses again and I have not been doing it. I am very sore! I'm also very happy.

@SimonsChange You are the Grand Prize Winner... for sheer exercise novelty..no one can beat "digging/picking..friend's septic". That is probably a week or two worth of exercise...right?
