Exercise? 5k run this morning and 1.5 hours gardening this afternoon. Gardening was quite therapeutic today as I was pruning hard back.
Tracking? Okay. Made a cake for my daughter's birthday this afternoon and couldn't resist a taste but logged my best guess for it.
Calories? Under
Calories may be more of a challenge tomorrow as I have calculated the calories for a portion of the cake I've made to be 464, got to try and squeeze it in somehow.5 -

Was expecting to go over calorie budget today. Wonderful 3+ hour family lunch with good company, good wine, lobster mornay, prawns, flathead fillets, scolloped potato, cheesecake and chocolate. Was stuffed afterwards. However when I entered it all into MFP was surprised I was still under (so much so, I needed a light dinner to not be too far under for the day).

Hi. Checking in to help keep myself in track. I have been planning ahead, and just pretracked, so all should go well. We are having a Mother's Day BBQ at my house shortly. I pretty much planned the menu so that makes it much easier. My husband and son did come home with some chips and salsa and guacamole.... and those chips can be an issue if I get started. So, not gonna let that happen. Started my day with a run before soccer. Didn't have quite as much time as I had planned, but will walk later to make that up. I made a flourless chocolat cake for dessert. I could have skipped dessert for me and just stuck with ice cream, which I can pass up; however, I worked it out so that I can fit in the cake. It may not be low calorie, but it is pretty low carb which is great. Also, since it is pretty rich, I don't need to eat that much and I will be happy. ( I will remember that I said that later). I truly enjoyed baking today, and was grateful for the chance to do it this afternoon. I love to create things.

Getting back to the gym felt wonderful today! I ate healthy before work, but my shift was crazy, and I stressed ate sugary foods. Thankfully, I burned a lot of calories at the gym, which covered my indulgence.4 -

Today was my first day to do the exercise that I love the most...ride a horse in an intentional manner. It's easy to get a horse to go fast. What is more difficult is to get a horse to move with you at the rate and gait and direction you choose. It's so much fun. I rode in an animated fashion for over an hour.
