WOO HOO to another month!!
Well this week they are calling for cooler than average weather. I am deciding when to run for blood work I am supposed to fast and not drink anything. I think I will aim 4 my late day so I can come home and rest a bit before going to work. I did not do well on planning out my clothes. I got today done and that was it. I really wanted a turtleneck but as I put them away til September I am making do. I know I will go to work and the group will be wearing sandals. It is way to cold for those. It's suppose to rain all week I think I will take my sneakers and do the elliptical at lunchtime. Have a great day everyone!!!4 -
Congratulations to all who made the winner's circle for April and to all who have come back for another month.
Welcome to all our new members hope you have a great month.
Exercise: Cycled to work plus a 25+ minute run at lunchtime. Was really cold today but sunny and we are due for our first frost of the year tonight, I'll see how I feel cycling at that temperature in the morning. This evening I did a 15 minute bodyweight strength workout plus day 6 of my squat challenge. I've decided I need to do a regular strength workout to tone up as most of my exercise is just cardio.
Tracking and calories both good.6 -

Congratulations to everyone who made the winners circle. My goal for this month is to again make the winners circle and to lose 5 lbs. I KNOW I can do this!
My achievements for the month of April lost 3lbs, made the winners circle, lost 1 inch off my waistline and hips. Overall great results, my goal was a 5lb loss but I am happy with the 3!
Welcome to all the new members , you have picked a GREAT group to be a part of. @RangerRickL is a GREAT leader who we are VERY lucky to have in our corner. To all returning UAC members WELCOME BACK!

Yes x 3 for today.
May Day is a bank holiday/public holiday here (uk) not sure if any fellow UACers in Aus, NZ, USA, Canada (or anywhere else if new joiners this month are from anywhere exciting!) also had a day off work? Hope you've all had a great day and great start. And even if not, please check in with us today and try again tomorrow. My motto for this is try, try, try again. Maybe May is my month. Ha I'm sure I've said that before but we'll see!5 -
Welcome to all the newcomers!
Wonderful to hear your successes @pribud!
It is a new month and time for me to review goals and plans.
-I am going to work hard every day to get in the winner's circle again. However, and this is important, if I have a bad day or many bad days, I am committing to keep posting the entire month. If I don't, you all have permission to get on my case and kick me in the bootie. That said, I am going to do this!
- For nutrition, I am going to continue eating low carb. Works well for me and because of it, I was able to stay away from sweets last month without feeling deprived. That is huge. I did add in some very dark chocolate. Yum.
- For workouts, will continue to run when I can, spin class walk and bike. I am going to go to that new strength class again and try for more consistency with my strength training. The big change is to increase my focus on core and abs.4 -
Welcome @craigo3154 - I'm over the ditch in NZ so have the same timing thing - good to have some company on that.

So today we were in a tornado advisory. Okay let me tell you as the weather was absolutely crazy I really did not like being in drive thru. Even though Chris says bullet proof glass should be one of the safest areas to be. I am hoping for just regular rain tomorrow. No crazy advisory what would be nice is spring to come back. Must remember my walking music so I can zone out in the work out room. Lol good night everyone!!!

@Mahdi22 The app glitches for me at times too. I noticed that it always happens when I try to add an emoji from my phone rather than from the drop down option above the text box. I thought I would mention it in case that's what happened to you, so it can prevented next time. Great work by the way! Starting May on a high note2
