Bomb-proof 700c wheels for my old commuter?

Can you kind folks recommend a cheap, robust wheel set to replace the aged wheels in my old commuter; 6 speed Shimano?

I'm going to get it fettled and do some 'smiles not miles' riding on it for a while I think...

    Are you anywhere near Surrey?
    Got a robust back wheel (Fulcrum S5 I think?) from my Roubaix you can have.

    Front wheel turned out to be bomb proof but not blind driver in an Audi proof.
    A folding wheel instead of a folding tyre!
