Sorry I've been scarce this week! It's been crazy. I've been reading a little, though, so I'm somewhat caught up on all of you.

I have a houseguest right now - a girl I went to high school with. It's kind of an interesting story, actually. She joined WW last fall, and reached out to me because she really has very little positivity or support at home. To help her out, I added her into one of my groups' Facebook pages, and they've become a really great support for her! She's lost a LOT of weight (63 pounds so far!) and I thought it would be cool for her to meet them. So, I invited her here for a few days, and this morning she's going with me to all my meetings and to meet the people she's been talking to for months. I think I'm more excited than she is! HA HA!

    Good Morning,
    Tis TGIF Eve!!!
Lisa, you are such a blessing to so many.
Rain today and chance for tomorrow.
I mentioned wings last night when I walked in from yoga, DW had dinner almost done; DMIL wanted DW to save for later so she could go have beer and wings. I do not believe DMIL likes the larger beer left over from St. Pattys day.
Lou, Steph; hope things still looking up on job front.
    Enjoy the Day,
    Sam I am

    Mornin' BBB.

Like Lisa, I have been scarce too. Last two days have just been really busy at work, but in a good way. Gotta make hay when the sun is shining.

Lisa, your re-connection with your HS classmate and her success on WW is inspiring.

Skip, listen to Sam...he is really old and wise.

Mary, just cut down a few trees near property line at our clinic. One huge pine that was gonna fall on the building if something wasn't done. Should have consulted neighbor out of respect, but didn't. He is a lawyer, LOL. Have not received any legal letters yet.

Am suffering this morning with no joe. Having blood work being pulled this morning and its supposed to be fasting.

Steve, hope your second honeymoon with counting points blooms into a life long relationship.

    BBB OP ;-)

    Good morning everyone
Got the tree drama settled it's coming down tomorrow with the rest of work being finished. It is indeed on our property, we pulled out the survey did some measuring, marked it all. So at least now the neighbors know where their property line is not lol. We parted ways on good terms so it's good.

Still no coffee pot replaced here i'm hitting the road to get some.

Taking the day off Fri so my tree guy has a supervisor. Wink wink.

Lisa you are a blessing to us all.

    Good morning.
Gee whiz Mary that is a jerk of a neighbor.
We only have one jerk, he is directly behind us. Don't have to associate with him much. I remember my
Last conflict with him, it was a hot dry day dry I tell you. The dogs can't inside with muddy feet. I thought wth? Went outside to find him draining down him pool into my back yard. I kid you not. It was over my ankles. I yelled over the fence. I did so very nicely I think. Ha.
DH has had several run ins with him over our trees dropping leaves into his pool. Ha. Anyway, hope it all works out Mary.

    Lisa, you really rock!!

I plan on doing this low carb for 3 weeks until we go on vacation. I'm on day 3 now I've rocked it so far. Thirsty a lot though. Must be alot of sodium in meats.

Go back to surgeon today. Wish me well.

    Have a great day.

    Good Morning BBB.
Mary and Lisa are both ambassadors in their own right! Nice work ladies!
Steady rain here through the second half of the night - supposed to end his morning.
Showing this evening at dinner time so Tom and I are having a date night! Our housekeeper will be here today so I am not stressed out! Ornamental crab trees are in full bloom and oak trees are starting to leaf out - it's such a beautiful time of year.
Bob - continued prayers for your daughter.
Bill - your VFW is going to miss you. Enjoy tonight's game.
Steph and Lou - sending energy on the employment front.
Lee - we are ready for more puppy pics.
Sam - that wing story is funny
Steve - have a great day - slow down and smell the roses.
    Do good out there everyone.

    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • The 'guy' was here yesterday and all the todo items are done!
    • We missed you Sam. The wings were good last night. The leftovers will be good tonight.
    • Good luck with the Doc Kelly.
    • Lisa, your Cinderella story was inspiring. Was there a glass slipper involved?
    • Skip, The caps and pens aren't getting along? That could result in an inky mess.
    • Did I read that Mary needs pot?
    • I better go.

    Good morning.

The screening went well and my resume has been submitted to the hiring manager at the client. I did pick up an interesting factoid though - the CEO left (pushed out?) recently and they have an interim CEO right now. Add in that they're looking to swap out the CFO and it makes me a little skittish.

We'll see how that gets spun...

    LOL Dennis!

I counted the still standing trees on my property = 32, with another 50-60 within 40ft off my back lot line. Just sayin, Im not a forest slayer goodness sake. Just took the ones within 3-10ft of the roofs - geez. And those aren't include in the 32 Im leaving. Now to get this job done and the evidence out of there before I really peeoff some more folks that should just mtob. LOL

Good luck Lou maybe they'll offer you CFO? You too Steph, least you have a few more paychecks heading your way - enjoy Mon. off.

Here's hoping for a written offer on tonites showing Raine!

Dennis, you the man, earning some points when dw gets home!

    Wink, Wink tree guy?
Do you want to share some info?
I am proud to say we have one (1) tree on our lot, if it would not cost so much I would have it taken down . Back line is about 30' from house and heavily wooded back there.

Lou, there's been several positions I would not accept because they seem to change controllers regularly. But now I'll stay where I am 14 months 11 days till retirement; unless they really tick me off before.
