CREAMED KALE
4 Servings - 284 calories per serving

Heat butter and oil in a pan and add Kale, frozen. Let it cook/steam unto tender.
Add whipping cream, salt and pepper and simmer to reduce.
Enjoy!
NOTE: I added some chopped onion and garlic to my butter/oil mixture. I ate one serving after I prepared this and sperated the remaining into 3 single serving containers. Tonight I served one with 2 fried eggs on top and 2 pices of un-cured/sugar free bacon. YUM!

- 16 oz Great value Kale, Chopped, Frozen
- 3 tbsp Kerrygold, Pure Irish Butter Salted
- 8 tbsp Organic Valley, heavy whipping cream
