@Skipper111 I wish we celebrated May day LOL. I can't complain I get paid for a lot of holidays and my old job I worked them all.

Today after my shift at the branch I have to run to the doctors. I just have a check up. Hopefully I pass. My sister is really sick some of the stuff seems to be hereditary. So I have to mention it :/ I have what could be symptoms or could just be regular allergy issues. I know he will send me for testing UGH what a pain in the tuckus.

Tons to do today grocery shopping really need to make a list. Laundry
Good thing it looks like rain I should stay on track. ;)
Have a great day everyone!!

@2020pinktogo supernatural is awesome, but if you're not a to person than probably not lol. I was brought up on black and white war films and anything aircraft, I hated it! Hope you're feeling a lot better today, good luck with the doctor.
@skipper111 eeek she's beautiful! I miss having rabbits, I grew up with 29 (they were outside rabbits, we started with one boy, then the neighbours hussy bunny broke into ours and started breeding like there was no tomorrow!) I only found out about supernatural in January, we are currently in series 7, I can't believe I missed it for so many years!
@jdelaroy wow what a day! Amazing job on the will power though, good luck for today!

Today I'm back to writing my last essay for this year for my degree, and it is an uphill struggle after giving myself two weeks off. Any of you experts in Roman baths?

Yes, I am still here. Struggling but when the snow, water and mud goes away I am sure all will be better.

Have fun in Portland, @GrandmaJackie! Sounds like a great road trip.

It's a lovely morning here in Ottawa--enough so that I was able to have my morning run outside exploring the park across the street and some side-streets that I've never travelled before. It was a bit windy when I got started, but by the time I'd been running for a few minutes, it felt perfect. It's sunny now instead of overcast, so even better, and I have my windows open to catch the breeze. Feels like spring!

@2020pinktogo, I hope everything goes well with your check up and that your sister is doing okay. :)

@catvlmack, sorry, nope! I've drunk from the springs at Bath, but that's as close to "expert" (read: not at all) as I get. Hope the essay goes as smoothly as possible!

@skipper111, that is a very cute bunny!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Monday I start the next Level of both workouts. My wight has starting to level back out from all the muscle repair gains. Still up 1 pound so not bad. I plan on a LOT of activity this weekend so that should help work it through.

    Good morning flowers!!!

@MonicaA2013 sounds like you have a busy schedule but on the bright side that usually means no time to sit around and snack. Hope you drop that pound quickly!

Yesterday was pretty smooth. I got my training done early and had a laid back evening. I accomplished lots but I also had to deal with a serious appetite at night. It wasn't exactly nice at the end. Once I took my HRV test, it all made sense so now I feel better about it.

Today's goals are to have an active recovery day. I already did my chin-ups so now it's all about staying within calories/macros, steps, water and nice rest. I'm planning some form of relaxation: either yoga or swimming at the gym.

    Let's have a fabulous Saturday!!!
