    05-23 - 20.0 miles cycling (Giro Cycling stage 16 nice day for a ride started at 10:00 due to heatwave)

    05/25 - 15.0 miles cycling (Giro Cycling stage 18a sunny, windy and cold)

    Sorry about the delay in updating. I've been very busy this week moving myself and my dogs north for the summer.

    And now crossing the goal line we have lovemyalex, grandmajackie, wanderan, future_rockstar, leanz, and kar328! Congratulations to all!

    I hope you all have a wonderful holiday weekend. As a reminder, the Runner's World Streak starts tomorrow. The goal is to run at least one mile a day every day from tomorrow until July 4th.

    It's been pouring rain all day but I slipped out between the storms for a quick 1 mile run to get me on the board for the Runner's World Streak. As a reminder, the challenge is to run at least 1 mile a day from now until July 4th. That puts me at 72/75. I should make my goal tomorrow.
